About Iron boots

"These will protect my feet."

Iron boots are members-only footwear that cannot be smithed and must be obtained as Slayer drops, primarily from cockatrices, cave slimes, and their Cockathrice/Moonlight variants. They sit in the iron metal tier of crush-defence boots and require no skill levels to equip, making them a budget early-game Slayer drop pickup.

Market Strategy

  • Slayer-locked supply keeps stock modest
  • GE buy limit of 125 makes mid-volume flips viable
  • Members-only foot slot drop from cockatrice tasks
  • Alch value below GE price - not an alch target

Trading Tips

Watch cockatrice/moonlight cockatrice task popularity
Slayer drop changes can swing supply quickly
