Iron 2h sword is a free-to-play two-handed slash weapon forged at level 29 Smithing from three iron bars. With +13 slash attack and +14 strength it is a budget upgrade over bronze 2h equivalents for low-level F2P training, but is quickly outclassed by steel and beyond. The 7-tick attack speed and lack of any defensive bonuses keep it strictly an entry-level option. Vendors stock it across multiple weapon shops and the Smithing recipe is cheap enough for steady volume.
