"Guthan the Infested's chainskirt."

Guthan's chainskirt is the legs slot piece of Guthan the Infested's Barrows equipment, offering very strong melee defensive bonuses behind only a small set of late-game alternatives. Worn alongside the helm, platebody, and warspear it activates the Guthan set effect, granting successful melee attacks a 25 percent chance to heal the user for damage dealt.

The chainskirt degrades over 15 hours of combat and must be either fully repaired or fully degraded to be tradeable. Players commonly slot it for sustainable PvM training, especially in slayer tasks where consumables would otherwise dominate cost.
