The Gilded clock flatpack is built at a workbench in the Workshop of a player-owned house using 2 mahogany planks, 1 clockwork, and 1 gold leaf at level 85 Construction for 602 experience. The flatpack can then be unpacked in the Bedroom of any POH to install a finished Gilded clock. Most flatpacks sell at a deep loss against material cost — they exist to let high-Construction players generate flippable inventory for other players' POH decorating.
