About Elemental talisman
"A mysterious power emanates from the talisman..."
The Elemental talisman allows players to enter the elemental runic altars to craft elemental runes. It can be combined with a gold tiara at the Elemental altar to produce an Elemental tiara, granting 40 Runecraft experience.
Drops come from Abyss creatures (leeches, guardians, walkers) at 1/256, and from Rewards Guardians during the Guardians of the Rift minigame. The talisman includes a Locate option, though it may behave erratically when equidistant from multiple elemental altars.
