Released with Monkey Madness II on 6 May 2016, it provides +150 Ranged Strength. Players can fletch 15 javelins at a time at 92 Fletching from 15 javelin shafts and 15 dragon javelin heads for 225 XP. Heavy ballista with dragon javelins is a popular PvP special attack weapon.
