Devout boots are the best-in-slot prayer bonus boots in the feet slot at +5 prayer. They are made by combining Holy sandals (a medium clue scroll reward) with a Drake's tooth from Drakes in the Karuulm Slayer Dungeon. They count as a Saradomin item for God Wars Dungeon entry and Bandit Camp aggression, and since the dismantle update they can be reverted into the component parts.
