They preserve the Tormented bracelet's +20 magic attack and +7% magic damage while adding meaningful melee, magic, and ranged defence and a +2 prayer bonus. The passive effect re-rolls accuracy on the attack following a missed magic hit, smoothing damage output at lower accuracy levels.
