About Bandos plateskirt
"Rune plateskirt in the colours of Bandos."
Bandos plateskirt is a free-to-play melee leg slot armour with identical defensive stats to a standard rune plateskirt, dyed in the green colours of Bandos. Requiring 40 Defence to wear, it offers a +1 prayer bonus on top of rune-tier defence. It is obtained exclusively from hard Treasure Trail clue caskets at roughly 1/1,625 rarity, which keeps GE supply scarce and locks the price well above the rune plateskirt floor.

History (1)
- 2014-06-12
Bandos plateskirt added as a hard Treasure Trail reward alongside the god-themed rune cosmetic family.
Market Strategy
- Cosmetic god-aligned variant of rune plateskirt; price dominated by clue-scroll rarity not combat utility.
- Hard clue rarity of 1/1,625 keeps supply thin; price tracks hard clue popularity.
- Low GE buy limit (8) caps daily flip volume but lifts thin-order arbitrage.
- +1 prayer bonus is a marginal premium over standard rune plateskirt.
Trading Tips
Track hard clue scroll demand and Master clue chains that funnel hard caskets into the GE.
Buy on dumps from clue-meta events; sell into fashionscape spikes when god-aligned cosmetics trend.
Compare to Zamorak and Saradomin plateskirt variants for relative fashionscape pricing.
