The ancient totem is a high-tier artefact dropped by all revenants in the Wilderness Revenant Caves. Players sell it to the Emblem Trader at Edgeville for a fixed coin payout (around 350k after the 2019 rebalance) and bonus Slayer XP if killed on task, keeping it a steady revenant-loot pillar alongside emblems, medallions, and statuettes.
