The airtight pot is created by combining a pot lid with an empty pot during the One Small Favour quest. It is needed by the Apothecary in Varrock during that quest, and also reappears in Swan Song where it is used to store bone seeds when fighting skeleton mages.

Outside of quest steps, the item is mostly inventory-only with limited use.
